Water Damage Restoration in a Katy Two-Story After a Second-Floor Supply Line Burst
Before
AfterThe problem started as a pinhole leak in a bathroom supply line that ran inside the wall between floors. By the time the homeowner noticed water staining the downstairs ceiling, it had been feeding the cavity between the joists for days. We contained the area, removed the wet drywall and insulation, and set Dri-Eaz LGR dehumidifiers and Phoenix axial air movers running on a psychrometric drying plan. That term just means we measured and tracked relative humidity (RH) and moisture content daily until the framing hit dry standard. Then we rebuilt the ceiling, replaced the hardwood planks that had cupped beyond salvage, and repainted. Total dry-out took four days. Reconstruction took another week.
Mold Remediation in a Heights Bungalow Crawlspace and Attic
Before
AfterThis Heights home had that classic Houston problem: a crawlspace that never really dried out, paired with an attic that could not breathe. We found mold on the underside of the subfloor and on the rafter tails near the soffits. Our crew set up containment with negative air pressure, physically removed the affected material, and treated the remaining framing per IICRC S520 standards. We then addressed why it grew in the first place: the crawlspace got a 10-mil polyethylene vapor barrier, and the attic ventilation was rebalanced so humid air actually leaves the space. The homeowner had been fighting musty odors for years and told us the smell was gone the week we finished.
Fire Damage Restoration in a Clear Lake Ranch Kitchen
Before
AfterA grease fire in a Clear Lake kitchen sent soot through the entire back half of the house. The flames were out fast, but the damage was in everything: cabinets, ceiling texture, even the inside of the ductwork. We sealed off the affected area, removed the charred materials, and cleaned every hard surface with dry and wet soot removal methods before running hydroxyl generators to break down the smoke odor. Then the rebuild started: new shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a refinished ceiling, and repainted walls throughout the kitchen and living room. The family was out of the home for three weeks and came back to a kitchen that looked better than it had before the fire.
Water Damage Restoration in a Memorial-Area Home After a Washing Machine Hose Failed

The rubber supply hose on a washing machine gave out at about three in the morning. Water ran for hours before anyone woke up. The utility room floor was standing water, and it had pushed into the kitchen under the shared wall. We extracted what we could with truck-mounted equipment, then pulled the baseboards and drilled the toe-kicks so air could move through the wall cavities. We used Injectidry systems to force air through the inside of the walls, which is the professional way to dry a cavity you cannot just open up with a saw. The subfloor dried to a moisture content matching the rest of the slab in five days. We floated in new luxury vinyl plank and set new baseboards. The whole job, start to finish, ran 11 days.
Mold Remediation in a Spring Branch Rental After a Slow Toilet Leak

A slow leak at the toilet wax ring in a Spring Branch rental had been seeping into the subfloor for months, but nobody noticed until the baseboard started to bow. When we pulled the toilet and baseboard, we found mold had colonized the vinyl underneath. We removed the affected flooring, HEPA-vacuumed and treated the subfloor, then verified the wood was dry and free of residual spores before installing new flooring. The toilet went back in with a new flange, and the baseboard got a tight seal. The property manager told us they appreciated that we handled the whole thing without them having to call three different contractors.
Fire Damage Restoration in a Pasadena Bedroom After an Electrical Short

The fire in this Pasadena home started at an old electrical outlet and charred a section of the wall before the breaker tripped. The damage itself was contained, but soot had drifted through the bedroom and into the hallway. We removed the damaged drywall and insulation, cleaned the exposed framing, and had a licensed electrician re-pull the circuit before we closed anything up. Then we deodorized the bedroom, repainted, and re-carpeted the floor. It was a smaller job than some we handle, but the homeowner told us they were grateful for the same process and documentation they would have gotten on a ten-thousand-dollar claim. That is how it should work.
